Ever feel like you belong in a different time? Well, I do.
That time is the 40's...I love the music, the clothing, the
movies and especially the people from the "Greatest Generation".

When I thought about opening a" little shop" dedicated to that era and only that era some folks thought why. I thought why not? I am glad I listened with my heart otherwise I would not have made the leap. However, with the support of my husband, Dick, and encouragement from my children Valerie and David and my dear friends Mary Jane and Karen and the blessings from the Good Lord and also the interest of wonderful people like you,
The HomeFront...Swing into the 40's has become a reality.

We opened our doors on November 1, 2003 and we have been delighted by the response within the community and from all of the fantastic visitors to our unique town of Hanover,PA who happened to "swing" into our
